InvestigatorConnect is a referral-based service that connects attorneys, law firms, and insurance companies with experienced investigators. Our network of professionals agrees to perform investigative services following industry-recognized protocols and procedures. We do not guarantee specific findings or case outcomes, and our fees are not contingent on results. You agree to provide necessary access to case materials, allow adequate time for investigative work, and promptly pay invoices upon receipt. 

We reserve the right to discontinue services if these terms are not met.

• Admin Fee: 25% per transaction based on the total amount of the completed assignments.

Limitation of Liability:
You agree to hold InvestigatorConnect, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any liabilities, losses, or costs arising from this engagement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. In any event, our total liability for all claims related to this engagement is limited to the total fees paid to us. If legal action is required to collect unpaid fees, you agree to cover reasonable attorney fees incurred.

Submitting an assignment confirms that you have read and agreed to this InvestigatorConnect Agreement. You affirm that you are authorized to request investigative services on behalf of yourself, your firm, or your client.
